Lloyd's Family Care policies extended globally

This family care provision provides 26 weeks paid leave for primary or secondary care givers when you start a family, with an additional four weeks full pay to support a phased return to work. Lloyd's has commissioned the Banking Standards Board (BSB) to conduct an independent, market-wide culture survey on its behalf.
This confidential survey will run until 14 June 2018, after which the outcome and resulting plan will be reported back to the market.
