- Develop a general awareness of mental health
- Understand what it means to be a wellbeing champion within the insurance market
- Understand how they can contribute to building a mentally healthy workplace in their organisations

Health Response physical therapy and complementary medical service
Health Response physical therapy services are recognised by all the major insurers including AXA PPP and BUPA.
The team of therapists offer a range of treatments including: physiotherapy, osteopathy, massage, acupuncture, nutritional advice and stress management services.
Every year, Lloyd’s arranges a programme of free events that are open to the market. Members of the Lloyd's community are invited to attend a series of workshops and webinars, delivered to support you to be healthy and fit with optimum levels of energy and resilience. These practical and reality-based sessions are tailored to address the challenges you face and offer an opportunity to reflect on your current physical and mental health.
